Shipping policy

We can only ship Gel Blasters to Queensland addresses.

Free Postage is automatically applied to all orders over $120AUD.

Once you have placed your order, we will DISPATCH your order between 1-3 Business Days, excluding any public holiday. 

We use Australia Post and are using their dispatch times. Once the order is collected from our store, you will be notified by email of Tracking ID and rough ETA for delivery date.

ALL PARCELS are dispatched using Signature on Delivery & Tracking. 

South Australia Ownership

We cannot process your order through our Shopify payment gateway. Please contact us for alternative methods.

For all South Australian Residents, you must own a South Australian Police approved Gel Blaster permit and email us a copy of your permit. ALL orders will be sent to our elected South Australian Firearm Dealer (Safari Zoomer Tactical) and must include your name and phone number in the order so that they may contact you to complete any legal paperwork.

You have 7 Business Days after purchase to complete this process. No order will be sent without these details provided. Any order that extends this time with no contact will be cancelled and any money paid will be returned. No order will be sent to any other address apart from the registered Firearm Dealer.

Please contact us if you require more time to provide these details to us. Ie you're awaiting approval for your Gel Blaster Permit.

Custom Orders

When making an order for a Custom Built Gel Blaster. Please allow time for that to be built and then sent. Whilst most are Pre Built and ready to send, others require more time based on part availability or to be simply ready and working. This time can be up to 2 weeks as we also test everything prior to leaving the shop. If we're expecting a large time frame to organise and get ready your order, you will be emailed and advised.

Please remember that when a Custom Blaster leaves the shop, the conditions of use will be different to your own. So if there are any troubles, contact us for an easy and chill solution. We're very good at what we do and sometimes things just need to be reworked to suit your play style, ie a trigger tune to allow faster firing for a speed ball event.
