- To remove original BBU, unscrew rear iron sight screws and then push BBU out, whilst holding the Slide and applying pressure outwards on the slide.
- Install the small tension spring and Extractor onto Steel Slide first
- Install BBU/Nozzle Spring with brass bar
- Install Rear Ironsight and Front Sight
- Grease/Oil slide where applicable
- Install upper onto USP Compact Lower
